HEPHAESTUS ROCKETRY TEAM
From theory
to the field.
We are HEPHAESTUS, an interdisciplinary student team at the University of the Peloponnese focusing on rocketry and applied engineering. We develop experimental systems, combining mechanical design, electronics, software and testing. Every project is an opportunity to turn knowledge into technical experience.
At HEPHAESTUS, we aim to create an environment where students actively take part in every stage of a technical project: from developing an idea and defining requirements to design, manufacturing, testing and evaluation. Theoretical knowledge becomes truly valuable when applied to real problems, with real constraints and measurable results.
The rocketry programme is central to this effort. Alongside it, the wider HEPHAESTUS team works on automation, environmental monitoring and digital-application projects. All our activities share a common foundation: collaboration across disciplines, systematic documentation and continuous development through experience.
